It's been almost a year since I've updated and for good reason. We decided to move about 300 miles north to the small town of Raton, NM. This is where my husband grew up and where we've spent our vacations for the past 7 years. Took all summer to get up here by Sep., then all winter to unload!
Raton pass is beautiful and Sugerite State park is only minutes away from the house. The town is full of history and is anticipating the return of a race track and casino for the 2010 racing season.
